Biotechnology Online provides three main types of resources;

interactives,
work sheets, and
videos, animation and audio.

Each of these resources is listed as a direct link in the table below.

All of the Interactives, videos, animations and audio are Macromedia Flash Files. To use theses activities, you need to have the Macromedia Flash 6 plugin installed. The Biotechnology Online home page has a link which lets you download this plugin free of charge.

Each interactive activity has built-in navigation instructions. The text at the right of the interactive screen provides background on the relevant concepts as well as instructions for working through the activity. You can scroll through this text using the up and down arrows. The Continue button lets you move forward through the activity.

You can replay an interactive activity by using the built-in Restart interactive button at the bottom right of the screen.

The work sheets are all PDF files. They are listed according to the content section they relate to within the Biotechnology Online resource. Some of the work sheets are found in more than one section of the resource, so this repetition will be reflected below.
